A silent auction is something we have wanted to implement for a while now and being in partnership with such amazing organizations, we thought now would be a great time!! Together with Young Black Excellence, Veritas Body & Wellness and The Eric R. Beverly Foundation, we are excited to pay homage to the beautiful men and women who have lost their lives to the ravaging disease of Breast Canter and celebrate the relentless warriors who have survived.

As you know, Saturday October 14, 203 at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel in Marietta will be the backdrop for our event. Our host will be Dee Dawkins-Haigler, Breast Cancer Survivor, Georgia House of Representative member of the 91st district, Secretary of State Candidate and NOBEL Women National Director (flyer attached). We will also have an array of speakers, entertainment, vendors and great food!!

We would love to offer your product or service as an item on our auction. This will be the traditional auction where items will be displayed and people will have the chance to come by and place their bid. People will be asked for their names, email address and bid amount. Bidding will start at the beginning of the event and will end with the announcement in the closing statement. Your product or service does not have to be anything extravagant, just something of value and a gesture of kindness for a good cause. This could be an actual item, a gift certificate or a demo of your service. This will also serve as a great source of marketing for you and your company to reach another audience. 

 

We will share the names and emails of the winner as well as the people who bid on your services. You will also be presented as a sponsor of the event and have your logo on the program and website of Confident Woman International, Young Black Excellence and Veritas Body & Wellness as an affiliate and supporter. This placement will remain until the following years event. We would also love for you to be present at the event to talk more about you and the services you offer.
